I am Andrew Hayne, the creative mind behind Playful Projects, where I specialize in playscape design and concept design. With over 12 years of experience, I have worked across various industries, including theming construction, landscape design, interior design, zoo habitats, film set design, and playscape design.

My expertise lies in merging public art with playable structures and spaces, creating innovative and custom play experiences infused with humor and whimsy. I am passionate about nature-based play and inclusive play, and I collaborate with landscape architects, local governments, and other professionals to bring bespoke playscape concepts to life.

As a play advocate, I provide professional development opportunities, such as information sessions and full-day workshops, to inform on the benefits of nature play and address issues in natural play spaces. My goal is to ensure that playscape designs are best practice for all stakeholders, including councils, schools, and landscape architects.
